This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.

Alison Davidson the Business Development Manager is on the lookout for an experienced individual or couple who are engaging and have the skill set to integrate with the local community. The new operator would benefit from repositioning the offer to attract new clientele, there will be strong support provided from myself and our team to help deliver this. A heavy emphasis on community events & a varied rhythm of the week is essential to continue to drive trade in this pub. Also, an ability to develop & deliver a strong marketing and entertainment plan, incorporating pub teams, is key to making The Woodman a success. You will need to have experience in running a similar style pub with a proven track record.
