This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

Mark Knibbs the Business Development Manager is looking for an operator who has experience in running high street venues and is equally happy managing teams as they are hosting a karaoke or race night, someone who can drive daytime sales with bingo and games and can manage the influx of customers at weekends. It goes without saying that the operator will be community focused and will continue the name the Weavers has built up over the past couple of years for raising money for local people and causes, a true community pub and we are looking for an operator that will integrate in the community and ensure the Weavers continues to shine.
