The Six Bells is located in Rhyl, a seaside town in North Wales. It enjoys a prime position, just a short walk from the town’s promenade. Pub Layout

As you enter the pub from the high street you are welcomed into the main bar area with central bar servery and a mixture of loose and fixed seating options. The pub has an L shape layout, with pool table and darts boards for locals to enjoy and several TVs to watch televised sports. Whilst the small function room currently lends itself to be used as a games room area for both pool and darts league nights. Externally there is a smoking solution area to the rear.

The Six Bells is a true community pub that benefits from being the hub at the heart of the local community. It shows live racing TV throughout the week on five internal TV’s. Known for its community events the pub hosts bingo twice a week and it is followed by karaoke on both nights and hosts a weekly quiz night . The pub has both pool and darts facilities, and the pub receives regular visits from away teams to play our pool and darts teams in the local leagues.

The private accommodation consists of: three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom, this will undergo a refurbishment to bring up to a good standard.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
