Traditionally a mining town, Ashton is still driven by the community with plenty of houses and businesses surrounding the pub. Ashton under Lyne is a  market town in Tameside , Great Manchester just six miles east of Manchester city centre.

The private accommodation is accessed through the bar area. The accommodation comprises of a landing, lounge, kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom.

We will be investing in the private accommodation making it a fantastic place for a family or couple to call home.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.

Michelle Ryan our Business Development Manager is looking for passionate operators who thrive in the heart of a community pub. Ideally, I am seeking a dynamic individual or couple ready to immerse themselves in community life. The new operator should implement a great rhythm of the week that ideally with darts and pool teams featuring and importantly maximising the full paid to view sports package. Your skills must include commercial accumbent and the ability to market and drive sales. We want someone dedicated and skilled to championing our community first ethos while delivering outstanding hospitality and first class operational standards.
