To the left, a well-stocked central bar keeps the drinks flowing, whilst multiple large-screen TVs ensure you never miss a moment of the action—wherever you sit, the game is on! To the rear of the pub you’ll find a dedicated games room, fully equipped with a pool table, darts board and another TV screen for sports lovers and a corridor hosting the ladies and gents toilets.  Externally you will find an enclosed beer garden, a hidden gem with space for up to 50 guests—ideal for catching up with friends over a refreshing drink.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.
