Pub Layout

The pub will be tastefully decorated throughout following the investment. On entry you will be greeted with the prominent bar servery, well stocked with a vast product range catering to all tastes. To the left will be a snug area with high poser tables and chairs and TV screens a great space to catch up with friends and watch the sport. To the left is the main bar area which will be balanced with both loose and fixed seating. The pub will have a darts area for locals to enjoy, this area will have both fixed and loose seating. The pub benefits from a pavement licence, so customers can enjoy a drink in the summer months while watching the world go by.

The Lancaster Gate will continue to serve as a welcoming hub for the community, where both long-standing and new customers can enjoy traditional pub games alongside modern sports and entertainment. The pub will offer diverse range of sports coverage throughout the week on multiple screens, including both Sky Sports and TNT Sports. The new operator will be expected to create a vibrant sports culture while introducing engaging weekend entertainment, such as quiz nights, karaoke, and live music. This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
