Pub Layout

The pub has been revitalised in every aspect of space ensuring it keeps its charm whilst seamlessly incorporating modern design elements including a designated darts area with two boards and an area for a pool table, the pub is served from one bar and has a mix of hard and soft flooring creating different zones for customers. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

Derick Cooper the Business Development Manager is seeking an experienced and sports obsessed operator, that can make this High Street pub the centre of the community.  Experience in running a similar venue would be advantageous and applicants must have the right sales focused ideas to maximise sales before and after games whilst ensuring customers are served in a safe environment. You will need to plan and execute weekly entertainment such as Quiz nights, Bingo, Karaoke and live music and ensure a return is made on your weekly entertainment allowance. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the local marketplace as well as being community focused with a good knowledge of sports.
