Mark Knibbs the Business Development Manager is seeking an experienced community and sports obsessed operator, experience in running a similar venue would be advantageous and applicants must have the right sales focused ideas to maximise sales before and after games whilst ensuring customers are served in a safe environment. You will need to plan and execute weekly entertainment such as Karaoke/DJ’s and live music and ensure a return is made on your weekly entertainment allowance. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the local marketplace as well as being community focused with a good knowledge of Sports. This is a relatively tough trading area, so strength of character and a firm grip of control both in and out of the pub is required.
